2. Services Description
We provide independent assessment, bench testing, on-site commissioning, and maintenance support for air-cooled mining hardware. We do not sell mining equipment, operate mining pools, or guarantee cryptocurrency profitability. Service scope is defined in individual quotes and contracts.
3. Website Use
You may browse this site for informational purposes. You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, or reproduce site content for commercial redistribution without written permission. You may not use the contact form to transmit unlawful, abusive, or unsolicited marketing content.
4. Quotes and Contracts
Pricing displayed on this site is indicative. Binding fees are stated in written quotes. Installation bookings require a deposit as specified in the quote. Failure to pay deposits may result in schedule release.
5. Intellectual Property
All text, graphics, bench report templates, and branding on this site are owned by System Sequoiaway Mining Review Co., Ltd. Client-specific bench reports are provided for the client’s internal use. Redistribution of reports to third parties requires our written consent unless required by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our reports and commissioning work reflect conditions observed at the time of service. We are not liable for hardware defects, pool outages, electricity price changes, regulatory changes, or hash rate fluctuations after handover. Our total liability for any claim arising from a service contract is limited to the fees paid for that specific service.
We are not responsible for damage caused by client modification of hardware, ignoring written recommendations, or use of unlicensed electrical work.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your operation of mining hardware, your violation of applicable law, or your misrepresentation of site conditions to our technicians.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cheongju, Chungcheongbuk-do.
9. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
