Short Reports
The bench report showed our 0.12 TH/s unit pulling twelve percent more power than the seller claimed. We renegotiated before the return window closed.— Young-ho R., equipment buyer, Seoul
Commissioning team labeled every cable and left a laminated airflow diagram on the wall. Six months later, our maintenance guy still references it.— Eun-ji M., warehouse operator, Cheonan
They told us our basement was a bad idea and helped us relocate to a ventilated storage unit instead. Hash is lower than we hoped, but nothing has throttled since March.— Tae-woo S., home operator, Cheongju
Response was thorough, though scheduling took an extra week during Chuseok. Worth waiting for — no surprises on install day.— Ji-hye L., small farm operator, Daejeon
Extended Project: Warehouse Row in Cheonan
Client: Four-unit operator expanding from garage to leased warehouse bay
Hardware: Air-cooled units rated 0.08–0.15 TH/s each
Scope: Pre-purchase advisory, bench testing on arrival, full-day commissioning
The client had purchased two units online before contacting us. Our bench report on those units revealed inconsistent fan speeds — one machine thermal-throttled at 28°C intake. We recommended holding further purchases until electrical work was complete.
Commissioning day involved installing a dedicated 30A circuit, spacing units at 45 cm for cross-ventilation, and mounting intake filters rated for concrete dust common in the bay. After eight hours, all four units held within 2.5% of bench hash rate.
Outcome: Client renewed monthly stability support and referred a neighboring bay operator.
Extended Project: Garage Conversion in Cheongju
Client: First-time operator, single 0.06 TH/s unit
Scope: Site assessment, installation guidance (client self-mounted), remote stability check
We advised against running the unit during afternoon sun on the garage’s west wall. The client installed an exhaust fan and moved the shelf to the north wall per our sketch. Noise remained higher than expected — we noted that in the follow-up report rather than overselling sound dampening products.
Outcome: Stable operation through summer; client later booked a second unit review.
