Overview
This policy applies to fees paid to System Sequoiaway Mining Review Co., Ltd. for equipment review, on-site installation, maintenance retainers, and advisory services. It does not cover mining hardware purchased from third parties.
Bench Testing & Review Services
Before intake: Full refund of prepaid bench fees if you cancel at least 48 hours before scheduled lab intake.
After intake: Bench testing fees are non-refundable once burn-in has started, because lab time and power are consumed. If we cannot complete testing due to our equipment failure, we will refund the unused portion or reschedule at no extra charge.
Report disputes: If you believe a bench report contains a factual error, contact us within 14 days with evidence. We will re-test at no charge if our measurement error is confirmed.
On-Site Installation & Commissioning
Deposit: Installation deposits are refundable if you cancel at least 7 days before the scheduled visit. Cancellations within 7 days forfeit the deposit unless we can fill the slot with another client.
After visit: Installation fees are non-refundable once commissioning has begun on site. If we cannot complete work due to undisclosed site hazards not shown in pre-visit photos, we may charge a partial day rate and refund the remainder.
Rescheduling: One free reschedule with 72 hours notice. Late reschedules may incur a ₩50,000 administrative fee.
Maintenance Retainers
Monthly retainers may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Fees for the current month are non-refundable. Unused emergency visit credits do not carry forward after cancellation.
Advisory Calls
Advisory call fees are refundable if cancelled 24 hours in advance. No-shows are charged in full.
Non-Refundable Items
- Travel charges for completed trips
- Replacement filters or cables installed during commissioning
- Rush surcharges for visits completed within 48 hours of booking
- Third-party electrician fees we coordinate but do not collect
Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original bank account. We do not refund to cryptocurrency wallets.
Cancellation by Us
We may cancel a visit due to severe weather, safety concerns, or staff illness. In such cases you receive a full refund or priority rescheduling at your choice.
No-Shows
If our technician arrives and site access is unavailable without prior notice, the full visit fee applies and no refund is issued.
Work Already Started
Partial completion is billed at the agreed day or half-day rate. Remaining prepaid amounts are refunded.

Email info@system-sequoiaway.click with your invoice number and reason for the request. We acknowledge within two business days and decide within ten business days.
